get in touch
come say hi!
We’d love to hear from you! You can email us at enquiries@paulvirides.com.
Please check out the guidelines if you’re getting in touch to pitch work - this helps us respond as quickly as possible.

If you’d like to pitch your project, please send us:
For plays:
A PDF of the script (in whichever formatting style best suits you).
A synopsis of up to three pages detailing the plot.
A short pitch summary of the play (a paragraph is fine!).
For musicals, as well as the above please send either (or both):
A link to downloadable demo recordings (Dropbox, Google Drive or similar). Please don’t send Soundcloud or other streaming links, as these can be difficult to access on the move.
A copy of the piano-vocal score.
Feel free to include any other information that you think might excite us!
We do not take on any work that has been created with the assistance of generative AI. Read more about our work with new writing here.

For a piece of new writing, please also see the guidelines under ‘writers’, above.
For both revivals and new writing, please let us know as much as possible about the following:
Whether you’ve already secured the rights or are in discussions with the rights-holders.
Any previous production history with this piece of work or related pieces of work (eg, by the same writer).
Any confirmed or pencilled creative team members or actors.
Any discussions that have happened so far with venues.
Whether there is any funding in place.
For creative-led pitches, a link to your website or copy of your CV, or alternatively, a paragraph or so about you and your previous work.

We try to see as many of the things we’re invited to as possible, but it isn’t always possible to make it along. We’re London based, so it’s easier for us to come to things in the city, but we do travel too!
It helps enormously if you can send us invitations with at least 2 weeks’ notice, or for non-London shows, 4 weeks’ notice.

Please feel free to send investment packs to us.
Note that PVP has a policy of only investing in work that:
has strong HR processes in place (we intend to use the CIISA standards as a benchmark);
pays all artists and workers at least the minimum rates agreed between their union and either the ITC or UK Theatre/SOLT;
in some way is committed to diversifying the class background of audiences and workers; and
is commercially viable in the medium-term.
